Parking at Chegoggin is a member service. Please review the rules below to keep our community safe and organized.

Our Parking Guidelines

Visitor Parking

Visitor parking is permitted from 12:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m., one night only. Requests for longer stays must be made through the co-op office in advance.

Speed Limit

For everyone's safety, please observe the posted speed limit within the property.

No Blocking

Do not block driveways, emergency routes, or other residents' vehicles at any time.

Keep Areas Clean

Do not leave garbage, oil drips, or debris in parking areas. Help keep our community tidy.

Assigned Parking

Each unit is assigned a parking space. Please park only in your designated spot.

Parking is a Shared Responsibility

By following these guidelines, we help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for all members and their guests.

Visitor Parking Pass

Need to register a guest vehicle? Visit the office or call 905-858-1110 to register a temporary visitor pass.

Parking Reminders

  • Ensure your vehicle is parked within the lines.
  • Do not leave items or refuse in parking areas.
  • Report unauthorized vehicles to the office.
  • No repairs or maintenance of vehicles on property.
  • Parking decals must be displayed at all times.
