About Chegoggin Co-operative Homes

Located at 11 Church Street West in Brampton, Chegoggin Co-operative Homes is a 120-unit non-profit high-rise community that has been providing safe, affordable housing since 1992. We are home to singles and families of mixed incomes who work co-operatively to manage their shared community.

Our building offers 43 one-bedroom and 77 two-bedroom apartments — including 6 wheelchair-accessible units — ranging from 640 to 800 square feet. In 2026, housing charges including all utilities start at $1,105/month for a one-bedroom and $1,248/month for a two-bedroom unit.

A portion of our units are reserved for households whose charges are geared to their income, ensuring that Chegoggin remains accessible to those who need it most. We are more than a building — we are a community built on shared responsibility, mutual respect, and the co-operative difference.
